These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in training programmes, courses, and services provided by Berkeley Data Strategists. By registering for our programmes, you agree to these terms.
2. Course Registration
Participants must provide accurate information when registering for programmes or events. Berkeley Data Strategists reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations if false information is provided.
3. Payments
All course fees must be paid before the start of the programme unless an approved instalment plan has been arranged. Payment options may include:
- Bank transfer
- Credit/debit card
- Payment providers such as Klarna or Clearpay
- Other approved payment methods
4. Instalment Plans
Participants who choose instalment payment options must complete all payments according to the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension from the programme.
5. Refund Policy
Refund policies may vary depending on the programme. Unless otherwise stated:
- Refunds are available up to 7 days before the programme start date
- Once the course has started, refunds may not be issued

6. Intellectual Property
All training materials, course content, videos, and documents provided during programmes remain the intellectual property of Berkeley Data Strategists. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials without written permission.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally during training sessions. We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
8. Certification
Certificates may be issued upon successful completion of programme requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
Berkeley Data Strategists is not responsible for:
- Career outcomes
- Employment opportunities
- Business results resulting from course participation
10. Changes to Programmes
We reserve the right to modify programme schedules, instructors, or content when necessary.
