This Refund Policy applies to all training programmes, courses, and certification programmes offered by Berkeley Data Strategists.
1. Course Registration
By registering for a course, programme, or training session, you agree to the payment terms and conditions outlined at the time of registration.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:
Before Course Start
Participants may request a refund up to 7 days before the course start date. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
After Course Start
Once a course or programme has started: refunds may not be issued. Participants may be offered the option to transfer to a future cohort.
3. Instalment Payments
If a participant chooses an instalment plan:
- All instalments must be paid according to the agreed schedule
- Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal from the programme
4. Transfers to Future Cohorts
Participants who are unable to attend a scheduled cohort may request to transfer to a future programme intake, subject to availability. Requests must be made before the course start date.
5. Programme Cancellation by Berkeley Data Strategists
If Berkeley Data Strategists cancels a course or programme due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- A transfer to a future cohort
6. Non-Refundable Fees
The following may be non-refundable:
- Administrative fees
- Processing fees from third-party payment providers
